AboutMax · Maker of Longnote
Hi, I’m Max.
When you’re on several treatments and life keeps changing around them, “is this working?” becomes a hard question, for a condition and for how you feel day to day.
That was my situation for years. A cream from one doctor, tablets from another, a few supplements, plus sleep, stress and the seasons all moving at once. I tried many tracking apps, but for me they took too long to set up and too much effort to keep up, and none let me keep one overview. I built Longnote hoping it helps others see the whole picture, and walk into their next appointment with a record instead of a guess.
01What it is
And what it isn’t
A self-tracking tool, not a medical device.
Longnote is a self-tracking tool, not a medical device. It doesn’t diagnose or recommend treatment — patterns are associations in your own log. Talk to a clinician about anything that worries you.
The guides are written from the sources listed on each one, and name a clinical reviewer once one has read them.
02Contact
One person
Email reaches me directly.
Longnote is made by one person, so there is no ticket queue: write to support@longnote.io or use the contact form. The support pages answer the common questions, and the legal details are in the Impressum. Writing about Longnote? The press kit has the facts, the logo and screenshots.
